Jacked UP H1

Saw this at a local Ford Dealership. I personally think they ruined a perfectly good H1.

Wow. That would be right at home in East San Diego County.

Yeah, they ruined an H1.

The thing is perfectly capable stock. Plus, if you are going for 'flashy' -- its pretty flashy stock as well. Who chooses to do this?

Nice waste of money! Check out the body lift gap! They could have at least raised the rear bumper..POS

That is a Jafab lift. This guy does them:

Not a fan at all. It really ruins a nice truck.

I don't think you can really ruin a hummer, they come ruined from the factory.

Well,

you have to hand it to the jafab types..on their site there is a limo, a treaded unit, and some pretty out there stuff. Not my taste, but to each their own. I am certain for some this is the way to go and to them, it seems well made.

Wonder what the gas mileage is and what new tires cost. Don't answer that...

Plus nearly impossible to change a tire unless you have one of those specialized Hummer rear tire carriers that lowers/raises the tire for you.

perfect Zombie apocalypse vehicle, they cannot reach up that far and it is the size of a small trailer already.

I'm partial to the grey one in this photo, without the silly hood guard...

I would pay money to watch Horsey climb into the yellow one.

This is an H2 at my buddy's shop! It is a wounded warriors tribute truck, it has raised over a quarter of a million dollars for the foundation. I thought that was pretty cool.

The guy that owns that one has done some really cool off road events, including the Rainforest Challenge (which I am completely jealous of).

I prefer my H1s to be at stock height. Lifting them like that just ruins it.

I don't know him or have ever met him, but you you have to have respect for someone who spends his personal money and time to help those less fortunate! And it goes way beyond making a few donations!
