Is it just me or is this guy an idiot?

Kid in the front seat with no car seat, driving barefoot and video taping while driving.

I didn't watch the whole thing. Guess it depends on your POV. Not sure a car seat will do much in a Series LR. Personal choice with various potential consequences. Lots of folks here bounced around in the way way back of their parents' LR's when they were sprogs. Though in this day and age with everything we know, it does seem irresponsible. You should post a comment and see what he says.

Yup, all depends on your point of view. I was bounced around in the back of my Dad's Willys Jeep many times.

In this day and age we have become too uptight about certain things, and to loose on other things. But's that's another arguement.

Long live the little boy takin' a Sunday cruise with his pops!

all Im saying is it can be challenge enough driving a series at 70mph over bumpy roads with two hands nevermind video taping at the same time. Dont get me wrong my 3 year old loves to ride in the 61 109 and she is strapped in the front seat. Like i said maybe its just me but it looked like an accident waiting to happen.

Definetly an accident waiting to happen, but that's part of growing up! They could get t-boned driving the family mini-van to the grocery store too. Life is an accident waiting to happen.

Good point. Like i said it was late when I watched it and I must of been overly sensitive. I was just waiting for the moment in the video when the guy hit a bump and veered into a telephone pole because he was too worried about holding the video camera and not the wheel.

Life's an accident waiting to happen, sure. However getting the thing up to 70mph on a two lane road while filming with your son in the front seat raises your chances (and consequences) quite a bit....

LOL...he got up to 70? have to go back and see that. presume it was downhill...

edit:

obviously the guy is trying to kill his kid...in this one the 4 year old is driving a 3 wheeler ATV. And we all know how dangerous those can be!

I see a scandal forming. Next we'll see the kid shooting guns, then a video snorting cocaine. Soon the FBI and ATF will show up and lay seige, a la Waco. Take all those toys - Rovers, ATV, Guns, and women - away.
