Is it just me Defender prices seem high

Is it just me or are the prices that are being asked for some of the rigs a lot on the high side? Looking at CL it seems that folks are asking very high dollar. just blabbin.

I think it's the opposite.. unless it's a '97... then the prices are high.

Seems to me like a of the same ones have been for sale for a while now. I check all the time. Not really sure why I have formed this habit as I already have a really nice defender but just in case that low mileage mint black 97 ST pops up!!

When I bought mine last month there was nothing out there under $17K then a couple popped up on here for $17-$19K. Seems most are in the $24.5K and up category.

I've been particularly interested in the influx of $70K+ 110s......

The ones that have sold recently that I have noticed are the less expensive ones and they are selling fast. I think prices otherwise are holding steady, maybe down a little. I think 17k is the floor for something half way decent. The sky is the limit and if you wait long enough you will get a higher price I guess.

At copley they are continually going up in price though

Wow, I must be on crack or looking in the wrong spots. Chad just like you...don't need one just like to look. Barry, the project is coming along, I got the tub, seat box, bulkhead on and floor pan supports. I haven't touched it in a bit as the wife is going on 7 months baking a mini-me - hopefully with more brains and less of a big mouth than me :P. I am awaiting a hood from burns appraisal so I can get that into the paint shop and still trying to track down a Badger half cab and back window in gray as Ron sold me the tonneau piece. I need to post pictures argh. I think I am one of the slowest on the board on posting pictures and shipping stuff. Why can't I be retired instead of a CPA?

O... I am with Jerod on some of those $110,000 - D-110 and the high priced double cabs. I don't want to say to much because Doug has a really nice one for sale on consignment - so Doug if your listening we are NOT talking about the blue truck.
