iPhone 6

It's 3:12AM. Who's in line to get their new iPhone ?

I'm fortunate that I just got off of work. I stopped off to get in line to get mine.

you couldn't pay me enough money to wait in line for a phone… hows the Apple flavored Kool Aid taste?

No Kool Aid. They are feeding us though.

I've never done this before. It's a unique experience. Getting up wasn't the factor for me. Staying awake is as I got off of work at 2AM and came straight here.

I wait for the bugs to get resolved before going balls deep into new stuff.
Inevitably, there are issues with new iPhones when they are released, so why wait in line?
Let those ahead of you sort the issues out.
I am ready for an upgrade though

Agreed. I did the same for my first iPhone. Woke up around 4, went up to their NYC flagship store back in 2008, and waited in a long ass line, and made it to work right around 10am. It was certainly an experience. Now I just order them online.

The i6 is a big phone and probably requires a bro purse to carry. Perhaps the hipsters could pull that off, but not me.

I wish the 6 was the same size as the 5. The 6+ is crazy big as well as all those in that category. I like to be able use the phone with one hand and carry it in a pocket.

Only been able to compare case sizes from the 4 to 6. I don't think the difference in size is huge but I don't think the six is a shirt pocketable phone any more.

The 6 is shirt-pocketable, but the 6+ would stick out a little. Keith I can't believe you got the 6+! The only thing I really see appealing about the 6+ is the battery life - but at the cost of being nearly 2x as heavy as the 5s.

I have the case already and the size isn't bad for my hands but if you have small dainty hands then...

My wifes old 4 was on its last leg just about to die so I went down to the AT&T store this morning at 8:00 when they opened and got her a new phone.

Line was about 40 people most of them had been there since last night. They only had 4 of the 6+'s but she wanted the normal 6 so it worked out well. Seems like there was plenty of stock other than the 6+ everyone that wanted a phone got one although the people that arrived shortly after me were a little more limited on their choices as the 64's ran out first.

The entire time I was thinking what a bunch of suckers for sitting out there all night when I arrived when the store opened and was able to purchase exactly what we wanted.
