Interior Stainless Kits

I've worked out the fasteners that would need to be included in an interior stainless kit. Like last time, I'll need a few takers before I can justify the initial expense.

The kit will include:
- Dash including, but not limited to:
- Instrument panel
- Heater control
- Tray
- Center dash pod
- Demister

- Door panels
- Kick panel trim
- Sun visors
- Windsheild pillar trim
- Door sills
- Floor
- Seat box to rear bed seam
- Check strap clevis pins

More than 300 pieces all told.

Every location where a black fastener is required, black-finish stainless is supplied. Floor and sill fasteners are plain stainless. Basically every exposed fastener in the interior is supplied so you dont have to look at rusting screw heads.

Price to D-90 members is 75 dollars shipped anywhere in the US. The black stainless costs more than plain and I actually came out upside down on the last batch, so I have to build in a little more buffer.

Like last time, I'll make a complete instruction sheet and bag everything in a logical fashion.

Mike - you've got a 2 door 110 right? If so I think the D90 kit will work. I'll get one together for you.

By floor fasteners I basically mean fasteners for all the seams highlighted by the red lines in the pic. There are a few others, like a couple in the bed and a few misc ones in the footwells. This should cover all the ones that are rust-prone and unsightly.

The only thing conspicuously absent are the seat bolts. Kind of like the roll cage, I'm not advocating replacing high-strength bolts with stainless in safety locations. That being said, I've replaced my seat bolts with stainless - they are M8 x 25mm if you want to do yours.

Ok, lots of response, plenty to make it worthwhile - I'll order an excess of kits so there will be plenty to cover the people who are in now and the inevitable ones who come on board later. Go ahead and paypal me the payment at jimcheney-at-hotmail.com (replace the -at- with an @).

I've got the system figured out a bit better now, so the turn around will be a lot less than last time.

I'm also ordering 10 more of the body stainless kits, the price of those is 90 dollars to D-90 source members.

Yep, that's the rig I have, thanks for making the body kit available again. Does the body kit include a rear safari door bolts? Not a problem if it doesn't.

Whats a safari door? I included enough bolts for 3 hinges like SW's have so that the kit would be a "one size fits all" affair. You'l also have extra stuff for the tire carrier, but the fasteners are all useable elsewhere on the vehicle.
