Not sure if you've got this handled yet, but if not, Progressive should handle it for you. Mine is a RHD Grey Market and they insured it to an agreed value without any issues whatsoever. They can add the VIN manually, it doesn't have to be in the system already.

Mark, Liberty Mutual worked for me as a daily driver, including adding my daughter to the policy (gasp!), but not at an agreed-upon value. I also had to go old-school and call them; couldn't be done online via the innerwebs. If you need agent info, PM me.

USAA and State Farm no worky for me in Florida. It seems to be very dependent upon the region and agent for these trucks.

Chubb classic insurance.

Does agreed value
No need for historic plates
No mileage limit
Cheap
Must have 1 other owned vehicle with standard insurance

Went through the same struggle when getting my RHD UK insurance, everyone said no expect my local State Farm(Norman, OK) the owner has a RHD Jag so he was excited to see another RHDriver.
