Insurance for collectible cars

Does anyone know of a good insurance company that will insure collectible cars such as d90's and 110's? I am trying to get two d90's insured and they don't get driven that often. I don't want to pay such a high premium for cars that are usually driven on the weekends, or a little here and there. Any ideas?

I insured a very early Mercedes G-series through State Farm with very little hassle. You can do a stated value policy that shouldn't be too expensive. My policy for the G series was under $600 annually but it was also a daily driver for a while. You might get it done cheaper.

The collectable car specific companies (like haggerty) generally won't insure vehicles as new as ours, unfortunately.

I have called around and been referred to these companies:
American Collectors (no luck, they don't insure Land Rovers)
American Hobbyist (No luck, they don't insure Land Rovers)

My insurer MetLife told me that they would insure my D-90 for the actual value (not blue book) as long as I had an appraisal done and submitted photographs. I have been meaning to do this but too busy, but it was good to know they are willing to insure for higher/real world value

I use Haggerty on my old Datsun. I checked with them when I had my SIII 109 and while they would insure it, they wouldn't insure it if it was damaged while it's offroading. So needless to say, I went with Allstate instead.

My Buddy is a Cotten States Ins Agent in Cumming, GA, he insures mine, and since I've known him since high school, he will fight hard for me if something happens. He was able to get me better coverage and good rates, then I had with All State.
