Installed Exmoor Fwd Facing Seats

I just thought I'd post a few pictures of the Exmoor Forward Facing Lock and Fold Seats. I have 97 LE and like most other SW owners with small kids, the rear load space jumpseats are not a very safe means for transporting the family. I had debated for a while with the wife about installing a ST bench seat, but ultimately felt that the Exmoor seats were the best alternative, albeit more expensive alternative. My oldest (4yrs old) loves the new seats as does my 2yr old. The position of the seats give both children a very nice view out of the D90, both to the side as well as through the front. Total cost was around $2300 and the wait time was about a month long. I ordered mine through Safari Rover (Stephen P.) who was did a great job of sourcing them for me and keeping me up to date on the ordering/shipping process. Unfortunately, I cannot give you any specifics on the installation process as I had a local British Auto Shop do the jumpseat removal and Exmoor install for me, since I'm pretty mechanically un-inclined.

Here are the pics....

Neil,

I'll try to snap a few shots of the seats folded/stowed later this week.

Phillip,

They are actually pretty comfortable. The cushion might be a little too narrow for a large adult, but for kids they are a perfect fit.

I forgot to mention that these seats are heavy. I believe they are about 60-65lbs each.
