Inertia reel seat belt problems

A couple of the jump seat belts in my 110 are sticking and the kids can't easily buckle up. Any ideas to repair these so they won't stick when you try and pull them across your lap? They seem to work when you try 4 or 5 times and pull them out slowly from the inertia reel. Thanks!

There is a little counterweight in them that either locks them or lets you pull the belt out. If this gets dirty and sticky they operate badly. Also, it they are loose or not installed at exactly the right angle then they won't behave properly. You can pull the side cover off one and see how it works without messing anything up.
