I assume there was some sort of jig to install the badges. Seems they are all straight. I have noticed originally the rivets were black as well.

Lets not forget, all the Japanese 90's had slightly crooked badges....

Wonder where those were put on? Slightly crooked jig?

Do you or anyone else have a part number for this. LR Tysons says it is NLA

They probably looked up the old part number. If they call the parts helpline they can probably get what you need.

Just to add to this a little.

We have heard from the owner of what is badged as #354, and it does not match the information in the LRFAQ.
So the LRFAQ has the VINs for #354 and #353 reversed.

We still need to figure out what badge # SALDH128XPA920959 has.
I was told that was #353, but I do not have photos to back it up.

I do have photos that back up SALDH1285PA920965 as #353

What do you need to provide to LR to get a replacement VIN decal? The upper half of mine is gone (rust hole I need to repair).

While I don't have a NAS 110, my NAS 97 sw which should be badged as #2201, is badged as CDN #001. This perplexes me.

That has to be someone messing with it and "customizing" it.

They only sold NAS 90s into Canada in 1994. There were no Canadian 1997 NAS 90s.

We have all the correct stamps to make them. If you get a badge feel free to ship it to us. We can stamp it for you free of charge.

It used to be you provide a copy of the title to the dealer (they won't do salvage titles) and a few weeks later they have your sticker.

However, we have heard that the places that make the decals do not keep up with all years of vehicles, so Defenders may now be too old to have this done anymore.

So now the question is

if there are duplicates, is the amount of 1993 110's in USA limited to 500?

I haven't found any duplicates… yet.
I have only found data that does not match what LRNA put out about what badge went with what VIN.
Not saying they didn't bring in a few "extra", but I haven't found that yet.
