Illuminated rocker switch source

Thought I'd pass this info on incase anyone else was looking for rocker switches.

I felt it would be a good idea to have an illuminated rocker switch on my rear work light and front Hellas dso that I could determine if they were on.

I did a little research and found illuminated rocker swicthes that match the size of the factory swicthes and fit very well.

The switch is a series R5 manufactured by E-Switch www.e-switch.com and purchased from Mouser Electronics www.mouser.com .

Here's what it looks like installed

FYI - For those with ARB lockers and really picky on aesthetics, Rob at MIT Auto in Evergreen CO landed an illuminated rocker switch for the exact same function - his looks pretty identical to the switches for the ARB's, lamp is green but pretty similar in all other respects.

I think I have an OEM spare that's all black. Let me know if you want it.

DJ

I forgot to mention this but here's a link for some additional OEM swithes (they're at the bottom of the page). I believe all are illuminated and fully compatable.

I believe they do - prices are pretty inexpensive compared to LR Factory parts.
