Idle test only for MD smog check

I just got my smog notice for Maryland and find that the dyno test is no longer being done. It's idle only and the gas cap has to be there. Nice. I'm sure I'm finding this out after everyone else, but since it has been two years since having to get the cars done, I'm, as usual, a day late and a dollar short.

Always been idle-speed only here in NY, as the dyno's are only 2 wheel.

I've found that getting the engine good and hot before running the idle test is sometimes needed to pass. Don't let it sit at idle speed for too long before the test.

Brace for impact, I'm in a "modifying mood". Massive thread count inbound.

All pre-95 vehicles are tailpipe only. Everything else gets OBD plug in. No more dyno.
