ID these RRC-era LR rims?

Anyone know if these had a model name or what the part number was? And what's a fair offer for used ones?

Castors. Primarily early D1 trucks.

Part # is NTC9976MNH

Prices, like anything vary, but by and large these are some of the least desirable of the 16" line that can fit Discos, RRCs, and Defenders-of course others opinions may vary there.

I picked up a set of 4 without tires for about $150 three years ago. Got a matching spare from someone else in an even trade for a steel spare.
