I think the Spaniards have it right....dry aged & rubbed legs of pork - thinly sliced proscetto - and eat it all day!!! YUM....if I could have I wouldve brought back a leg, and the real cool stand they have them on!

A few years ago I was at a restaurant in Hong Kong and tried "Crispy Pork Belly".

YUM!!!

Try it if you see it on the menu.

Well, maybe now. But not years ago.
Mostly I was taken places by friends who know what they like. I can get some recommendations from them if you want. I also think it's hard to find a bad meal in HK.
