I added some bling!

Had to fix a lot of issues lately with the truck. Pinion leak, pitman arm geometry, steer arm degree, hubs, outers, rear links, ect. Anyway, I had everything apart so I thought it would be a good time to finally paint my links. Came out pretty sweet. The new drive flanges are bling

I also got to get rid of those stupid frame horns. I don't know why but I have hated those things since the first time I saw a D. Anyway, some of you might get a kick out of these:

Thanks a ton guys! The front end is a Ford 9in center section with Dana 60 Kingpin outers. And, a Rover bolt pattern!

Hello,

The hubs are 4340 drive flanges, 35 spline. I am almost positive they are made by Teraflex. At $180, they were actually the cheapest option out there. Way more simple and stronger than the manual hubs I had on there. Here is a pic off the web:

Oh,

Sorry for the mistake. They are Ford dana 60 kingpins. Normally an 8 stud hub, I took a standard hub and punched out the studs. Then I had the holes plugged with a press. I had the new holes drilled (can't do that myself for sure), then had 9/16 bolts welded in. The finished result is a 5 x 6.5 bolt pattern that is beefy as it can be on a full 1 ton front end. I am really happy I was able to keep the rover pattern with the strenth of a 350 front.
