How come every thread RoverChic posts in turns out this way?

I mean, straight to the gutter like a dented bowling ball.

OUCH ..That hurt. In all honestly, I tried using superglue - Never heard of Epoxy before; just because I can create hard brake lines and swap head gaskets does not mean I have all the answers.

OK Ok, I think that came off wrong,I thought what I said was kind of a good thing or a compliment, and at the same time I made fun of myself, not hey you can figure out a break line why not this trim thing.

But if you havn't heard of epoxy then I bet you have not seen this great glue junk that we used at Paragon to fix a gas tank, faster then epoxy or JB weld, and it is resistant to gasoline! I'll look it up I don't remember the name Chris Von C has the stuff.

(And just like that the thread is back on track

You know Mike, I looked back to page 1 on this thing.

We were all sticking to the repair topic at hand, then SOMEBODY went and started questioning us about being here on a Saturday night. I hope we proved you wrong Unfortunatly, I think we all proved you RIGHT

Man, you're going to make some motorhead guy VERY happy someday. All that, and can build an engine too! My wife isn't that far along yet, but I do have her sanding bondo on the Jeep and slowly learning all the different tools. I must have done something right, her favorite cars went from a Mercedes and a Lexus to a Barracuda and Challenger.

Oh, and did the epoxy work? Also, 3M does make trim adhesive tape, I don't remember if I mentioned that.

I was wonderring if there was a "Genuine" barrel because I had to take mine to the shop last week and I know they'll be bending me over one when I get the bill. By the pic I'm assuming there actually is one.

And as for changing women; My fiance` wants a '97 hard top now, not a mini. She's actually afraid that when (Haha, I hope) she gets one that I'll start scavenging it for parts to fix mine.

Yeah that stuff fell into the "happened to have it by blind luck" catagory. That tube was something i pilaged from my fathers garage years ago and have been moving it from one tool box to another. I need to grab another tube of it still now that I know how good it works.
