One suggested edit: You say you are cleaning a ground point and start filing on the far end eye (a bad idea.) Then you actually connect the ground to the close end body (a good idea.) I suggest you show cleaning a ground point on the close end body and explaining that grounding to the far end is bad for the shock mechanism.
I would add "Park on a hill so you can get rolling and pop the clutch to start if you drain the battery or have a third battery available." And "Check battery temperature every few minutes."
