Love that rug, Doug. You have good taste in rugs! Nice Rover sign and all, but that rug. Very nice. Really ties the room together!

John,
How can you tell it ties the room together ? Thank's I guess, if you are serious.
That's my kitchen. Was a bedroom when we started. Whole farmhouse is done in earth tone colors.
The floor is 18x18 travertine and has the mesh 240v electric radiant grid under it.
Kinda cool rolling into the kitchen on a cold morning to make coffee and have the stone floor
warm (set @78 degree's right now) under foot.

There is a field stone wall wall /exposed back of a stone chimney
in that room. Picture on the stone wall is of bushel baskets of Maryland blue crabs that was in
my house in Annapolis. The colors were perfect and food so seemed a good fit.

Pot on the floor is for the dog to lick....

Looking for recommendations on a type of glue to use on the plastic. Want whatever I use to be translucent and non-yellowing as the nature of the repairs is that they will be visible when the light is on. The lense seems to to be abs or similar plastic and has become brittle with age and heat from the lamps.
I intend to go with led bulbs and get rid of the ballast and starters, so heat in the future will be greatly reduced.

Just want to make it a wall hanger that comes on when the lights are on.
