How often does this happen?

On my way home from the mall, my wife points to the other side of the road and says "Look!" As you can see, I of course immediately made a U-turn and snapped this pic.

The white one looks like the Popemobile... So, someone actually bought that?

Will, I think that was a sign that you should trade in the Jeep and buy a 90!

Couldn't get a clearer sign for the almighty... (sorry, since the popemobile was on the truck and all)

The Blue and Green one were stock. The White one actually has some sort of Hannibal like roof rack (Sorry Scott, not the Pope Mobile) !! It was a fine site to be sure

Cool. I don't think that is the popemobile, though. It just looks like some wierd rack...

I hope to see a similar picture when we load up four vehicles for our Alaska-Canada Expedition next summer. We are shipping our trucks from Georgia to Seattle for the beginning of the journey. A month long trip from Alaska back to Georgia.

It is a sign...

Time for the great migration!

Okay now, tell the truth. Did you experience an irrational wanting or longing to follow this trailer? If another adult was not present, would you have followed it for some time? Was there a sense or feeling of depression as this trailer faded from view?

I looked at an identical white raised-roof D-90 at a used car lot about 4 months ago. It was a 1 of 50 special "Safari Edition" built by Land Rover Special Vehicles according to the dealer. Nothing too special except for the increased headroom in the back - just the regular 4 inward facing seats. I believe it was a '97. It had the automatic at any rate.
