Horsey SOC

Horsey found, and posted about my Defender on eBay within five minutes of me putting it up. His capabilities are truly amazing and frankly, a little disturbing.

There's only one way that he could be doing this: he has set up a SOC (Stalking Operations Center). Here's what I've uncovered:

It looks a lot like Air Mobility Command's Tanker/Airlift Control Center at Scott Air Force Base outside St. Louis.

Nice... it's AT&Ts global network operations center, in New Jersey if memory serves.

Strange but true fact, AT&Ts network capacity is based on usage during a specific day - Mother's Day.
