If they take your truck, they have to give you some paperwork to document it. It's possible that has the full list of vehicles on it. Sealed warrants still require a receipt and explanation to the subject.

Otherwise, maybe a cell phone photo of some list someone was holding would be possible.

Obviously, the powers that be don't want to make it easy to obtain, but it's amazing what gets leaked from the gub'ment anyway.

It was stated the warrant was sealed-although even knowing that implies specialized knowledge of the topic and circumstances.

It more than sucks and is more than just a shame. It's terrible what is happening. I have been at work but keeping up with the posts since this morning. So I've been verge of tears or in tears all day.

My heart breaks for those who have had their truck taken. To have Kent almost in his new rig and then for this. I'm speechless.

Zach, Chris and Kevin I am so sorry for you and the others who are now having to go through this.

I wouldn't want to be the person responsible for leaking a sealed warrant after they seized my vehicle.

I doubt The Court would look kindly upon that.

They didn't want any of your stuff, so you could leak it. If, for example, it were emailed to you?

If anyone has the list it can be distributed offline. Hell, if someone has the list outside of homeland it can hardly be considered disclosure. I suspect that most already know they may be in the sights.

Who's the chiropractor in North Carolina who had 20 Defenders seized? Oh never mind - they named him: Aaron Richardet. I assume this is 'the' Aaron.

I know jjstahl3 is the man for the rover graphics. (I thought the drawing was sarcasm) If it is awesome.
But are we celebrating and memorializing this because of those that were dumb or ignorant when buying a truck that is not 25 years or older. Google is a wonderful thing for typing questions and getting pretty good links to government webpages or vehicle specific forums where the topic my have come up.
If your truck is legit 25 years or older, why bother advertising with the drawing that you are worried about getting your truck taken by the CBP? They could care less about it.

I'm pretty sure that a heap of the trucks they took - including Kent's from last year 2013 - ARE older than 25+ years. That's not the issue here, they are taking them regardless of age.
