Undoubtably the issue. Remarkable actually, especially considering all owners of older Defenders would probably be the ones lining up to buy the new one.

Saw a similar article in the NY Times yesterday where audio tapes also showed some cops (who were/are paid to consult other offices on forfeiture) mocking the accents of the minorities they'd taken property from.

Our contacts at the port (RORO) and what I've seen when picking up trucks indicate that each boat has 12-24 trucks on it - at least a boat a week minimum...
