Just to make sure I understand, "dismissed with prejudice" means they cannot change their minds and try to seize them again for the same reason, right?

Will, you are a living legend for your dedication to the marque and the owners wronged in this whole episode. The effort you've expended and personal risks you've taken pro bono is unparalleled. This goes so much farther than the trailside assist or RURR help. I think your example should make us all feel like we want to be better people.
