Hilton Head Island

Im here at the Island this week and was wondering if anyone has any places to dine or entertain theyd recommend.
I spotted a few Defenders today but the drivers were too occupied with their cell phones to get their attention.
Thanks,
Lindy

We love the Land's End tavern on the S. End in Sea Pines by the Salty Dog. Great food and atmosphere. If you're there with family, they will love the whole complex there.

also recommend Mellow Mushroom pizza and Marley's Grille (both at entrance of Sea Pines). Top dining in my opinion.

We ate at the Salty Dog last night. I think I saw the Marley Grille today near the Coligny mall while I took a bike ride. We'll have to try them and the MMP later this week. Thanks

Thumbs up Hhi

Love HHI, been going there for years and plan on going for many more...

We stay at the Sea Pines and like Mark mentioned, Lands End, Wreck of the Salty Dog, Jakes Pizza, Salty Dog Cafe...all in the same location...great food.

I saw a few Defenders but never when I drove mine down there...I felt silly waving to D when in my V-dub

Cheer...

We're going to the Big Bamboo thursday night for dinner and I guess there's a live jazz club we're gonna hit tomorrow. We are not far from the Crazy Crab but i've heard they're not that great.
Thanks for all the input.
Might have to try Amigos after golf tomorrow.

Crazy Crab can be hit and miss.

Your going to score with Big Bamboo!

Do not over look Amigos! It might be a hole in the wall, but all the locals go there. If you like sports, beer, ect. check out "Kaseys Bar." Really clean bar.

Good luck!

Played a round at Golden Bear Golf Course today and then went back to the Salty dog for brews and appetizers. Tomorrow will be Amigos for lunch and probably heading to the Jazz Club for dinner.
Cheers,
Lindy

Burrito was awesome ! Ate too much and had a long(not so long) bike ride back to Sea Pines via the beach. We ate at the Big Bamboo last night and had the ribs which were great as well as a few too many Sweatwater ales.
Heading back to Iowa this afternoon.
Cheers,
Lindy
