If your friend is a broker, he should know what to do. How/why did Hellman get it on board without filing? They should certainly know about the ISF.

I ordered a roll cage from PP cages and on the 23 of April was notified by the shipping company Hellman that I needed my broker to file an ISF. I told them I had no broker and they said I must.
