Headed to Yellowstone

Driving west-ish from central Pennsylvania, leaving the 28th. Taking the LR3 and a Latitude Everest trailer.
Badlands, Rushmore and so much more. Keeping my head down to get out there, but slightly more leisurely on the way back. 3 of us on the way out, but dropping my wife off in Minneapolis on the way back.
Don't know entirely what she has planned for us along the way, but maybe there is time to get together with some other Rover folk? Or dermatological folk? Or regular folk?

If you are staying in or near Cody on the way out or back, there is a fun side trip up to an old ghost town named Kerwin. Go south from Cody to the town of Meteetsee which is a tiny little town that has a truly world class chocolatier. From Meteetsee you head west up into the mountains to get to the ghost town. Gorgeous views and a couple of creek crossings on the way up. It's a good half a day trip that could be longer if you want to do some hiking. A bit north of Cody is the bear tooth pass which is also a fun drive. I can send you more info on the ghost town if you are interested. There's a couple of series owners in Cody that I know of.

If get hung up or need a place for a night, located in Billings. Goes to all in club who may be passing through.

p.s. best way into park by far is NE entrance through Red Lodge MT. Not biased, really.
