head gaskets or screw it?

overheating after 5 minutes setting. I think I might go ahead with the 5.3 vortec swap now. project got delayed cause I was infatuated with the c6 vette which made over 500 whp. fun ride. cooling system is right. must be head gasket. any ideas, let me know.
