Smoked a turkey for 5 hours on the Big Green Egg...

Komado grills are great - I am on my second - I left the first one out thru three winters and it finally broke due to frozen water/cracks - Last year I picked up a Green Egg and it now sleeps in the basement during the winter months. I need to use it more often.. Smoked Turkey sounds goooood...

Fortunately I was able to have dinner with a family at the embassy, so the fare was ham and other normal stuff. Russian food is pretty decent really, very savory but not the least bit spicy. The best kept secret for food over here is Georgian (not your Georgia, the other one!).
