Happy New Years to all! A good day so far and Go Ducks! I know, I know, I'm a Beaver, but I gotta support the PAC-12 on this one.

Irish Coffee's this morning! A great start to a New Year! My way:

1 sugar cube
1 part Jameson's
1 part Jameson's again! ;-)
1 part coffee (for color!) and "deniability"
Topped with whipped cream.

.................... Four of them. Happy New Year!

2015 Rover Resolution

Fess up, set your goals here.......of things/jobs etc that you will complete on your Defender this year.

No slacking. Absolutely NONE!

Once it turns warmer, I plan on adding soundproofing (tough to get that stuff to stick under 50degrees, add some truck bed carpet to the rear, Exmoor mat system to the front, door cards, and finish the paint job that somehow got neglected.....and to get the doors to close a little tighter.....

Some day drinking, tv and interneting.

I will finish the tdi swap this year! Probably in february. Actually got the battery in last night and started testing the new electric accessories. I was stoked when the glow plug light cycled! I actually found the proper warning light module in the UK.

And I plan on testing the range this summer. Going to be happy to go 200+ miles and not worry about running on empty.

Good point! After today, which I plan to spend yelling at the tv, I plan to...

Install tapped 4.6 with 4.0 Pistons, Crower low/mid, and all the trimmings.

Lelofab footwells.

Spray and sound proof engine bay.

New gas tank skid plate.

Re-powder A-hoop. Modest annual work load expectation.

Should be a good game, FSU seems to pull it out of their ass last minute this year so we shall see.

Played and recovered this am. Did wrenching this afternoon and repaired some fence that the dam deer keep running through. Starting tomorrow got 22 stoves to put in, not including service calls before we head south in 14 days.
Being a Gators fan....GO DUCKS!

Just finished some black eyed peas that Beth made with butter and garlic, pork roast, red onion spinach salad, and corn bread...washed down with a Smuttynose Winter Ale. Looking good for the New Year!

On my agenda:

Begin the rust repair on the 91 Rangie Hunter...floors, sills, a/b pillar, rear wheel wells, load space floor. Once thats complete make it the dedicated trail rig and get it outfitted. That way I can preserve the 95 Rangie thats a little to nice for trail rash.

Start the reassembly of the Datsun 510 that just came back from the painter

Get the race car ready for the Spring season....first race weekend at the Wild Hare at VIR same weekend as the RAW...bummer that

Happy New Year

Chip

I know exactly where mine is, stupid plastic line that is on the upper drivers side of the radiator that heads to the passenger side. Replaced the leaking little hose only to have the plastic line snap. So I cut that back and used rubber hose to replace it. I just can't seem to get it to seal up.....

The winters here are worse than when I lived in New England. I miss New England lol

And it looks like they might here as well! Mariota's great, but I do love watching your side arm slinger!

Edit... Whoa, nelly. Maybe not this time. I can't believe they've already hit the 72pt. O/U and we've got the whole 4th to go.
