I think a stock Evoque could be a good #2.

I'm pretty sure that Evoque Limo is just about as close as I've ever seen to the shuttle crafts from the original 1980's mini-series "V."

I actually half jokingly suggested our Service Dept. bought an old Stretch RRC as a Shuttle to drop people off and pick them up. haha

I was going to bid on that but it did not have enough LED light bars so I passed.

I think this qualifies. It does have jeep fender flares. Not to mention that there isn't much Rover left in this thing.

I like how he is hanging (Not securing) the hi lift from the cage. This truck is built to Ride the Lightning.

No mention of what he did for suspension makes me wondering.

I don't know what it looked like prior to the build (was it salvage/totaled) but it seems like a lot of work and money for the end result. Using a YJ or banged up Toy Fj/Bronco/Scout would have been a better platform for the same result and probably even cooler finished product. Hell cutting up a Disco 1 would have been easier and way cheaper.

That truck has been for sale on and off for over a year at this point. I think I spoke with the owner at some point last year.
