Had a good laugh

Went to dealer-organised off-road event today. The assistance vehicle (Disco LR4) got stuck in the mud and had to get pulled out..... by an old D90.

tires...obviously, the Disco is a very capable rig.

On a somewhat related note, I went to check out a new RRS today. The sales guide didn't know or care about the Defender.

love the pic though!

19's...w/street tires. Not a good plan, good to have a 'heritage' vehicle there for sure!

I loved that it was the 'rescue' vehicle set up so badly with those tires. Glad to report my 90 ran like a champ.

Saw the new RRS. Verrrry nice!

Would have been fine this year. Highest qty make of LRs were Discos. There was an ST there for a bit. Some really nice Astons there that I drooled over as well as my personal faves of Jensen Interceptors and E-type FHCs.
