Day one.

Alright,

again thanks for the kind wishes, first day flew away between a dive in the catalog and the first emails and phone calls (nice to speak English with the UK distributor)...there are some serious problems of communication I think I should be able to solve

in the next days I'll try to catch up with old and new emails, and I'll take some photos of the workshop for your guys pleasure, there are a couple of tricked up D110s and at least 3 or 4 D90s, Td5 and Puma engined, waiting for upgrades etc...

Mine's look so humble and low-profile in comparison, but I never loved her less for this

I must say custom springs are tempting though, since I old springs got worn and the 3-L went on I've been thinking about a change more and more, I need a firmer ride and stability, and while there an inch or two of lift wouldn't be too bad...

Pics from the workshop...

I had to wait until this morning to download and post some pics,
it's just some random ones I took in front of the office/workshop.

Mostly D90s apart from a rogue Suzuki and the Unimog (in the shop for new beadlock rims and a few minor details).

The first week went by smooth, shame for the heat in the office (too many computers blowing hot air!) and the flies (company's now in the countryside ).

I will take more during the next weeks and I guess during the grand opening (mid October).

I'd like to make it clear I'm doing this just for the "D90 cult" and would like to keep my identity here separated from this job (but I'll be happy to help with info and assistance when possible).

Really digging those chopped up traybacks. They look like a lot of fun, are they primarily Td5's?

Technically they're all truck cabs, no trayback
engines are either the Td5 or the Td4.

Mine's the only dinosaur with a 300 under the bonnet...

And there's an old 90 which is being cannibalized for parts with a 4.6 from a P38 RR.
Maybe I can have the engine and put it in the 109" until I can afford a Vortec

Did you order directly from them or another source?

Wow, that's awesome. I guess I need to clear out my bank account now. Hopefully I have the same luck as you!

COR4 seems to have shifted to Samurais, as that's all they ever post on their FB page.
