Greetings from west texas - ice sufficiency

I set a new goal of camp sufficiency each trip. This trip, I tried ice self-sufficiency - to see if I could generate enough ice in a solar powered freezer to keep beer iced over several days. I froze blocks and trays each night for those yeti flip coolers. Worked pretty well, though it all depends on your consumption rate!
