i'd be down to pitch in and buy a spot. We talked about it a while back but nothing happen. If we could get one that fit 2 to 3 trucks that would be perfect.

There are literally a ton of them, but they're all zoned commercial and so the rental price assumes some sort of revenue stream on the space. Most of the ones I found are therefore priced far above a regular garage spot for how many trucks we could fit in there.

You guys will probably have to form some kind of co-op that you pay into. You need some way to protect yourselves in case one guy gets hurt and sues, or somebody skates without paying their share of rent.

I honestly can't believe there aren't any local real estate developers on this site (and if you are PM me) who we could rent space from.

Hey I can finally put my LLC to use. Leave me some space to have my migrant workers weld my roof racks.

Me too. Would you consider Jersey City/Hoboken/Weehawken?

I'm definitely serious about pitching in for this. I don't know how much I could contribute, but I definitely could pay more if I could keep my truck there.

I've been trying to convince Jason to just buy an old firehouse but his agent can't find anything.

Are you offering this up to the group? Will you be providing shuttle services from NYC to Beacon?
