Gap above rear door

Does anyone here know what those two plastic clips are for on each side of the rear door? You know the ones that could hold a bar to close the gap between the tailgate and the rear window. If I just answered my own question can someone post a pic of what this bar looks like so I can close it up. That gap lets out a bit too much heat in the winter when my pissy heater is trying its best at -30C.

The tailgate bar holds the bottom of the soft top's rear window in place so that it doesn't flap around as much. There's still a small gap even with the tail gate bar. D90 soft tops are just leaky.

What does the bar attach to on the rear window. I have a '94 with no snaps. As it sits now I have a 1 inch gap and no bar and that makes for a drafty ride

There should be a plastic bead on the bottom of the rear window that goes into a groove in the bar.

Thanks for the great info. For now I have fashioned a piece of scrap wood that actually does a great job keeping the draft down. Now I just need to get thew real thing.
