Well looks like forum member Best4x4 here cleaned up the SG and is looking to more than triple their money ($1750)....notice the recovery rings are the same:
https://www.ebay.com/itm/201701976180

For the reasonable original selling price I was hoping it'd end up on a forum members vehicle as a screaming deal....but that was obviously overly optimistic.

As best4x4 has said to me before when I've called him out for doing this shit, it's still going to an enthusiast - just at a price that he can take the cut he needs. Which is what this forum is all about.

Those days where the board was about enthusiasts here to help each other out are long gone. The V-neck tshirt crowd with the $50k+ lifestyle trucks have created this environment.

Not defending anyone but this guy has been on here for a VERY long time.

No real reason to debate who was worthy of the item at the original price. He got it before anyone else and that's that.

At least he didn't relist it here.

Never been able to pull off a V neck and my truck would have to leave the garage to be part of a life style.
