People always want what they can't get.
G.B. is thick with Tdi's but some of us want V8's and vice versa.

Maybe we should start an international engine swap program

I know I would swap my 4.0 (and related bits) for a 300TDI + related bits

Win/Win

There's no real shortage of V8's but Landrover just don't build many V8 90's anymore. hence the building of expensive one off's. (back to the start of the thread).

Smile

I'm back in the UK at the minute and would love to have my NAS D90 here. But with gas at over $6 per gallon and with a 70 mile commute each day, I'm just glad I have a "normal" car that does 50 mpg (diesel). Being waterproof if just an added bonus

Nick.
