I used to have something from them. I'll see if I can find it. They were pretty good at responding though.

I know I'm dragging up an old thread but the Orange 90 pictured over is mine, I had Frogs Island build it for me about 9 years ago.... I've still got her, she needs a bit of TLC but still used most days. If any one want any info just ask... The cages are/were made by Safety Devices, and the soft tops made by a company local to frogs... The top was made from mohair/rubber and used zips and velcro round the windows... The top has shrunk a bit over the years and the marine poppers keep breaking and now the stitching is coming apart.... It needs a good clean and re-stitching....

Let's just see some of your pics of your truck already - enough talk! Some with the top off, so that we could see the cage, etc.

Right here are a few pics.... You'll have to bare with me I'm changing from xp to windows 8 and can't find all my pics at the moment so these are older ones when the 90 was just finished...
The man driving in one of the pics is Eddie Priscott from Frogs Island the pic comes from Land Rover Owner mag just after it was built but before I picked it up... Now the clear coat is peeling off of the right hand side, the bulkhead is going to need some work soon and I've just had the rear cross member patched up. So it's about time I rebuilt my Series 3 SWB so I can the rebuild the 90.....

Very nice. How often do you smack your head on the unpadded cage when offroading? I always seem to do it if I'm a passenger without the steering wheel to hold onto. When you said SD cage I thought you were meaning one of the NAS spec cages, although that looks sort of close - no idea if it's the same dimensions though (to fit that fiberglass top you want).

Well it was sold by Frogs as a NAS cage built by SD as they built them for LR. Apparently the only difference was the lack of padding.... Since then I have read they are different, I have only seen one NAS 90 and that was a long time ago and didn't think to study the cage at the time. I used to be fibre glass laminator so if I could get hold of a grp roof and sides or the moulds I'm sure I could make it fit.... I keep thinking about getting a metal roof and using it to make my own moulds but don't think I can be bothered...

I've never banged my head but the wife has a couple of times... Still hasn't knocked any sense into her though...
