It's really my Nigerians uncle's truck. If you wire him $200 and send your SSN he will mail you the title.

I did just join. Someone on the list must have called our local police dept, who in turn called my folks. So I joined the list so I could let you guys know what was up.

The OP just joined as well. Humm, could be a trap boys, that Rover is just bait designed to lure you into the woods for a human sacrifice ritual or some such nefarious purpose. Think piles of corn in an open field on the first day of deer season. And you are the deer.

This forum automatically does follow up posts if you reply to a thread twice in a row in a certain time frame.

Like this. Also, the quote feature is pretty intuitive. Some people also go on forums that are not this one.

I'm quoting my own post. Do I get bonus points for guessing correctly that it was in fact someone's driveway??

Yes, the Rover belongs to my parents.
Thanks so much for coming on the forum to clarify this for us. It's been a bit of a mystery the last few days. If you're parents are still interested in selling it I'm sure there are several members on this forum who would love to give it a good home and a new lease on life. It's sad to see it sitting out there. You could post it in the classifieds or in this chat as there are several people who showed interest.

Again, thanks so much for taking the time.

sorry to anyone who was hassled as a result. Again, no reason for posting this besides good intentions. Could have been thought out better. Hopefully we will see a happy ending.
