Flag Thief

OK, what kind of bottom feeding douche nozzle steals a man's flag (and flag pole!) off the front of their house?? Worse yet, this is the second time it's happened. First time it was the Union Jack (I then blamed the shady looking Scot that lives around the corner), this time it was Old Glory.

What the hell is wrong with people???

That's got to be some sort of high crime in Virginia, punishable by hanging or at least stocks....here it's death.

It should be. I have locks on my doors for other people's protection, not mine.

You know, I wondered why you didn't have the Union Jack any more...I figured someone confused it for the Confederate Flag and thought you were just pissed and asserting your defiance about living so close to the Mason-Dixon line .

Union Jack probably stolen by someone who want to be ruled by cool-Britannia!

Don't think of it as stolen but taken to be worshiped! ;-)

Got home from dinner and drinks to find a new flag hanging in front of the house. Turns out my neighbor, a Navy Yeoman, took down his flag and put it up on my house to make it right.

lucky to have a neighbor like that. it's a shame he wasn't a sniper, the perp wouldn't have made it 10 feet with flag in hand...
