Dang and I was just wearing my Filson chaps today while using the chainsaw. I guess I coulda just sported some trendy gear and been as cool looking instead of soaking my clothes with sweat while actually working

people like good shit.. what can we do. In a world that is increasingly filled with disposable, china made crap, good solid gear stands out more and more.

I bought a Filson extra large wheeled duffle at a yard sale last week.

Looks like it has hardly been used, $5.
I'm glad is was cheap for me to join the mainstream.

Can vouch for the Kem cards. Have been using them for 20 plus years.

Chaps by nature are ass-less. Otherwise we call them pants.

Nice to see someone actually use Filson as intended. Good work.

Filson is good stuff, I hope it doesn't go the way Barbour and others have.

They now have two distinct lines now. Alaskan fit and Seattle fit. They are still a customer oriented company. Yesterday I called them about making me a custom vest for my wife. They ran out of a specific wool I was looking for a couple months ago. It is nice to be able to call the factory and ask for something.

I asked them to develop a set of carpenter bibs out of dry tin cloth. I am not sure where they are at with it but that should be interesting.
