Have any of you that do a lot of international shipping / receiving ever had an issue with FedEx wanting a "value" for everything on a shipping order? I'm pulling my hair out. I bought an exhaust system from Rimmer Bros. and there are like 16 individual items on the sales document. Three of them are either fitting instructions or a manual or some paperwork that is showing as $0.00. FedEx is saying I need a VALUE for everything being shipped and it doesn't matter if it's a piece of paper???
