Family Heirloom

Thought you all might get a kick of some Australian Lawn Art...this is my Uncle's Defender, lives in Victoria - he bought it brand new somewhere in 88/89/90....not sure when, but around there. Has a diesel in it, and spent it's time going around Australia - about 4 times I think over the years.

He inspired my love of Land Rovers early on in life, he owned a 109 SIII (i think) and drove around Australia in it a few times - I loved that thing!

Not sure why this has been "laid to rest".....oh well.

I guess he is cutting down on electricity bills.....seriously!

Stick some air in the back tire and import it. It is probably 10x better than uk trucks as I doubt it has much rust.

Looks like an 86 or so with the roll up doors with pocket handles.

You could talk him into parting with it. I wonder how much it would cost to ship?
