Extra Fuel Carrier

With owning an ST and not wanting to add a roof rack at the present time, I'm trying to figure out ways to carry additional fuel along with a hi lift jack. The jack is easy with mounting it on the front bumper or the spare tire, but what is everybody doing for an extra fuel mount? This setup where the mount ratchets around the spare tire is the best I've found so far, or a mount on the tire carrier as another option. Any fab shops making a new product?

>spare tire on separate swingout, fuel can on its own swingout
>jerry can inside car
>mount tank underneath tub a la 110

90s are somewhat limited but the last fellow I spoke to that did most of northern africa with his 90 towed a military trailer full of jerry cans. Think his number was 20x 20L cans.

Dont let Rob fool you. His method of extra fuel can be foiled by telephone poles.

I have one of these :

Bolted to my rear tailgate, been on there for about 6 years and works great. Mounted directly ont he doorr it still allows for me to drop the tailgate. I recently had it dipped.
