I like the all-in-one idea, but I will still carry a hi lift (w/strap & jackpoint) and bottle jack. Just another tool to haul around...

The diploma is printed on sand paper. It's a rough course.

I like that Briggs guy... The question was kind of vague, I just put forth the answer that works for me.

I don't have a lug wrench or a jack. My D90 came with a regular hydraulic bottle jack with the flat round top on it, but I tossed it. I wouldn't feel safe with that setup. As others have said, the factory bottle jack it great.

And probably won't have a socket large enough for the wheel nuts ...

While I don't have a lug wrench or bottle jack, I do keep a 27mm impact socket in one of my tool rolls.

I don't know, we had a very pleasant dinner date not so long ago... I found him to be very charming. I even let him ride in my classic. Don't tell my wife!! ------ Follow up post added January 25th, 2015 09:43 PM ------

Of course I have the factory jack and tool kit in all my trucks, but then it wouldn't be an "emergency jack" as the OP stated... That's where the Trip A card comes in, the "emergencies."

Oh snap. Now dropping a transmission, that's a legit jack use.

Did you restore your jack? Or is it just vacuum sealed and stored under the seat?

If you were serious, you'd be in a world of hurt with your LR projects...
