Electrical Work in MD

Hey all,

I have a series of electrical problems that are above my head. The heater controls seem to be affecting many different parts of the wiring and the indicators aren't working. I tried taking it to regular automotive electricians and they did a poor job and maybe made things worse.

Is there anyone around MD that would be interested in doing work on it (for compensation)? Or are there any shops around the area that are good with defenders?

Thanks in advance

Depending on where you are in MD, you could take it to Trevor/Roverlab up in Elizabethtown, he can get it sorted

If you're near Baltimore/PA Line, I would go to Ron McCall in Hampstead, MD. Call him on 410-596-3170. He usually just works on race cars (GT40s and Panteras) and pre-war French cars (a few of which have won at Pebble beach), but he takes care of my 110 and a couple of G-Wagens for other collectors in the area. He's a hidden gem of this region.

Mike Widener runs a shop just outside Frederick,MD

He wheels a big Disco 2 but he might be able to help you sort out your Defender issues.

Conor, I'd be happy to have a go at it, but it sounds like I may be too far away. My sister is running my old shop, Treasured Motorcar Services (.com), in Reisterstown.
