You guys clearly have aamazig vision because I couldnt tell shit from that pic.

So the piece is made of three pieces? How do you weld it all together without ruining all that foam?

The mods only required 1 extra rail.
The 2 originals that came with the truck, plus one more as a foam donor.

I shoulda waited to post the image until the seams were filled.

This is a nice truck. Couple of questions?

How come the part of the cage that is normally behind the front seats in a 90 is now behind the second row of seats?

If you start with a defender 90 does it stay titled as that? I know some states have color and model so does this affect any of that with regards to registering?

Looks great.

It depends. If it is rusty it makes it hard to repair if the rust is under the foam.
No real answer there, it depends on the issue.

The B hoop is placed there to position the shoulder belts for the 60/40 seat correctly and allow for the gutter kit for the top and it has to move back to allow for the new middle doors.

No issues with registration. Same process as making a limo out of a Hummer or something. It is a modified Defender 90.

So...the question still is...what did you fill the seam with?
