Drain Channel Exmoor vs Badger

Can some of the veterans explain the difference between the Exmoor drain channel systems and the Badger version? Is this the same thing? Can the drain channel be used on a non-Badger top?

They look very similar, and the fact that Exmoor sells one means it must be able to be used on tops other than just Badger.

Any info would be appreciated.
