David, great dogs.

If Bailey is around 40 lbs, is there a chance she could be a Nova Scotia Duck Tolling Retriever? I have two and Bailey looks to have many of the characteristics of a Toller. Scout, in the D-90, was a rescue this summer and took to wheeling right away. My other Toller, not so much.

Golden or Toller, both are great dogs and are similar in so many ways.

Haha, how is that mission coming along? I'm sure "Tripod" would make a good rover dog.

Hi Russel,

Well, Bailey is not 40lbs, more like 70... Although she was a scant 50 when we adopted her as she was a stray from Kansas. But, I do see a lot of similarities between her and your pups. We have several true Goldens in our area. One of them is even from championship lines and she does look different.

Thanks,
Dave

Here are a couple of my favorite shots of Leo my (now) 5 year old Rhodesian Ridgeback and my daughter Maya back in 2008. He was such a cute puppy, now he's 28.5" tall and 135 lbs of pure love. Can't wait to get another Rover when we get to England for him to enjoy riding in as much as he liked the back of my Series.Click image for larger version

Mine range from Charlotte (6 lb Yorkie), to Boo (75 lb Weimaraner) to Diesel (130 lb Rottie). They all love riding in the Defender.

Haylee

Couple random pics of Haylee, our 9 year old golden retriever. First is her in the blue 90 in the for sale section on the way to a camping and offroad weekend. Second is her chilling in the 25th anniversary Classic after a fresh summer cut...
