I see a house cat is rated pretty high there in the upper right ahead of most all of the dogs.

Humbug!

That chart totally disregards the potential and value of the West Virginia Brown Dog, Bitzer Hound, Pound Puppy.

Rescue a dog, spay and neuter your pets!!

Mastiffs are dumb but Bull mastiffs are clever?

Also the Boston Terrier is not marked in yellow as a terrier?

And the Yorkshire Terrier?

Total BS.

And my other breeds over time, English Setter and Flat Coated Retriever sitting together with the Gordon Setter. Something tells me that they had no idea what they are talking about and dumped every dog in the middle until the could figure out what to do with them.

Sadly my Flat Coated Retriever has a massive Abdominal tumor. He's doing his best but given the cancer has spread to his lymph nodes, Harry isn't long for this world.

I will add that Great Danes are very high maintenance.

Not surprising really, since ours is tall, blonde, skinny & female...

I'll accept the Cairn rating. Great dogs.

Standard Poodles should be a separate group and much further to the right...

If the left side of the chart was labeled "Most In Need of of a Bowl of Anti-Freeze with Chocolate Sauce", then Beagles would replace the Bulldog on the chart.

I never found Great Danes to be anything but perfect and my American Bulldog is fast approaching that category for me!

I thought it was just me.. BTW, keep in mind that borderline stupid was the rating for the highly trained show dogs that were evaluated.

My dogs are in the upper right.
A Boston Terrier(not-a-terrier-at-all Josh)
A Bug(Boston+ Pug)
A Texarkana Dingo(aka rescued sable coated Border Collie)

Still searching for that elusive West Virginia Brown Dog...
If we see one....my wife will pick it up for sure.
